Trey Branham is a dedicated trial attorney who has worked his way through law school, been a prosecutor, and now serves as a lawyer for the people of Texas. He represents those who have been wronged in civil cases.


Trey Branham has extensive experience as a person near the Harris County District Attorney’s Office. He handled virtually all business facing types of legal matters and an increasing array of situations in his personal injury practice. He later became an assistant district attorney for the Fort Bend County District Attorney’s Office, where he prosecuted cases ranging from Class A misdemeanors to capital murder. He then joined Dean Omar Branham Shirley, LLP as an associate attorney and partner.

Recognized and Awarded

Trey Branham was named one of “Fort Bend County’s Top 40 Under 40” by Fort Bend County Magazine. Houston Lawyers Magazine named him as one of the top 100 young lawyers in the state. He also received the Texas Super Lawyers Honoree Award several times.

Interesting Hobbies

Trey Branham enjoys fishing, golfing, and spending time with his family. Also, he has been an avid supporter of the Special Olympics for the last six years. He also volunteers as a mentor for HPDOU’s officer mentoring program to help young people interested in law enforcement from all walks of life to continue their education toward becoming officers or agents.
